Some films also have the ability to create new tourist facilities and interest. Examples of this are the Northern Irish landscapes which inspired the authors in the creation of the landscapes in the film “Chronicles of Narnia.” Although the production filmed in New Zealand, the Irish institutions successfully decided to focus on this promotion by creating a tourist route of the places mentioned in the film. This is also the case for the production of Mel Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ” which has made the Sassi di Matera an international travel destination. The same can be done in the Aosta Valley. ”
